		<description>Drinking more than we&#039;re supposed to (unless it&#039;s a stupidly high level, as in the BBC article) won&#039;t do you any harm other than making you go to the toilet a lot. However there are some factors that might make you more thirsty.... air conditioning in offices, exercise (exercising may mean you have to drink up to an extra litre and a half, depending on how much you sweat) and salty food. Like a zingy chickeny processed snack.  Seriously though, I wouldn&#039;t worry. I drink more water than I&#039;m supposed to, and those little trips are great for avoiding dull conversations or generally breaking up an otherwise tedious day.</description>
